Tomorrow the Mouflon Chess Challenge May 2020 will feature two Greek chess players battling for a place for the Semi-Final Konstantinos Markidis and Kosmas Karagiannis. The match will be held at 8 PM on the lichess server.

The third Quarter-Final match between Cyprus Chess Champion Konstantinos Markidis and Kosmas Karagiannis will be broadcasted live on our YouTube Channel with our great commentary team.

Konstantinos Markidis

Konstantinos Markidis studied Mathematics. He's been a chess trainer for a long time now. To achieve the IM title he just needs to cross the 2400 rating barrier as he has already achieved the required norms. Konstantinos has won several Greek Chess Championships (Individual and Teams) and has achieved distinctions in other chess tournaments.

Kosmas Karagiannis

My name is Kosmas Karagiannis, and I am from Thessaloniki, Greece. For the last three years I have been living and working in Cyprus. I have been involved with chess for the last 30 years. I am a member of the Kalamarias Chess Club in Greece, and O.FI.S. in Cyprus.
